Please be advised, if a result is needed by a specific hospital doctor, it is better for you to keep your blood test form and have the blood test at that hospital. Results go to the requesting doctor, so if you transfer the request to one of ours, it will come to us and not your consultant.
If you do want to have the blood test transferred to one of our forms, please ensure you have the NHS App so you can view and send your results to your consultant, or that you ask us for a copy of your results for you to take to your hospital appointment.
