As hay fever season starts, please be aware that you can buy antihistamines, eye drops and steroid nasal sprays over the counter at any pharmacy. It is an NHS directive to reduce prescriptions for these items. The steroid injection is not available in primary care. You can find out more about hay fever or find a pharmacy on the NHS website.
