In preparation for the Go-Live of our new clinical system on 27th November, we will only be booking ‘on-the-day appointments’ from Tuesday 19th November. We are trying to minimise disruption and provide a service to our patients.
Changing clinical systems is a time consuming task and we are trying to minimise our clinicians’ workloads and disruption to our patients. We need to allow our clinicians, reception and administration staff time for training in preparation for this change. During this transitional period, we will be avoiding booking too many routine, non-urgent appointments and booking appointments ‘on-the-day’ for patients who need to be seen.
